As President, Coffee, Hubert is based in Zurich, Switzerland and is responsible for the coffee business across the European markets.
Prior to this he was President of Kraft Foods’ German, Austrian and Swiss businesses.
Previously Hubert spent two years in Madrid as Vice President & Managing Director, Kraft Foods Iberia with responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This was preceded by three years (2004-2006) as Vice President & General Manager for Tassimo Global, responsible for the establishment of the global coffee-on-demand business for Kraft Foods.
Prior to his move to the global category organisation, Hubert was Vice President Sales Strategy, Kraft International, dually based at Kraft Foods’ locations in Rye Brook, USA and London, UK (2000-2003), which followed two years in Zurich, Switzerland as Director Sales Strategy and International Customer Management, Kraft Foods EU.
German-born Hubert began his career in marketing at the Dutch mail order company Harry Willemse B.V., before moving to Bremen, Germany to join Kraft Foods’ Jacobs Suchard business. Over the next 11 years he held various positions in Marketing and Sales. Hubert graduated in Economics at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim.
